BPC authentication with user mail account

Hello SAP gurus,

Is there any way to log on to BPC 10 using user mail account and password?

The BPC is running as a bw addon.

BW is running over a AIX netweaver release 730 with SP 14.

BPC is 10 with SP 20.

But how user's mail account is related to user's SAP account???

Sorry, but what for?I am completely lost trying to understand your idea!

How security is organized in your company?

Do you use AD or other directory services?

Do you use certificates...

Etc...

Actually is a request from the Client.

Now, they use sap user and password.  They use AD.

They want to use the same account (mail account) to log into BPC. (and of course same mail password), like a single sign on.

Sorry, it's a really very complex question. Not possible to explain here in some sentences. Your basis security person has to read a lot of documents and select one of the possible options depending on existing infrastructure and requirements...
