Hello Marlon,
If you are using a BW process chain this may be outside of the rights that are being granted in relation to the BPC process chains.
1. If you run transaction SU53 after attempting to run this package for the BW process chain, are any authorization errors seen?
2. As Andy had mentioned, if your user is granted rights to the specific InfoCube that you are attempting to reference does this error go away?
3. If you are still getting the 'incorrect authority to perform this package' error, if you attempt to run the package with a user that has SAP_ALL rights does this allow the process to complete or do errors still get generated?
- This way you can confirm it is a rights scenario and work to determine what rights are needed.
Best Regards,
Alex

Hi Marlo
I would just add two cents here. Along with BPC dimension and model access(which I believe you have being BPC admin), you would need both read and write access to BW objects access provided your process chain is loading data into BW InfoCubes/InfoObjects before your models or dimensions are loaded. Check if your process chain involves any steps where you are deleting data from BW objects.
You also need to check which user executes the process chain - is it your id or a newly created batch ID. Ensure that whichever ID is in action, has the aforementioned authorization for successful data load.
It depends on what kind of package it is. Is it a standard BPC package ? Is it a package triggering a BW process chain ?
