Hello all,
We recently facing many issue from user when they working with BPC excel client on Citrix after we upgrade to BPC 7.5 sp17 on BW7.01:
- When user click on refresh or expand button on layout, the system do nothing.
- The dimensions member are not automatically refresh when user login to Excel client. they have to click on "refresh dimension member" to get it.
- Sometime when user send the data, other column was sent but not the right column
- An OSoftExcelAddin.dll that we applied 3months ago to fixed the layout issue now not working.
I installed a BPC client tool on my local machine and everything is working fine. It's seem that these issue are happened for some user and some time.
I did some research and found some topic regarding the user profile on Citrix. I refreshed the user profile and it seem to work. But after some time, they got the issue again.
Could you please give some suggestion, any idea why the issue coming for just some user only.

Request clarification before answering.

Please check the following two things to start with:
1- Verify if the user profiles on Citrix server are working correctly
2- Restart BPC COM+ objects on .NET server and verify they can be restarted without any error.
3- Run BPC server manager diagnostics.
