BPC 7.5 NW - Export Data from Models gives incorrect number formating

Hi All,

Hoping someone could assist me on this.

System Details - SAP BPC 7.5 NW

We are facing a specific number format issue at one of our clients while trying to export data out of the system.

Following are the details –

While exporting data out of any BPC model using the standard SAP BPC export functionality the numbers which are –ve in the database are exported out with a “-“ sign after the numbers rather at the start.

i.e. -1000 in the DB is exported out as 1000- instead of -1000

We are expecting it to be the later i.e. -1000

Has anyone experienced this before.

For BPC 10 it was a note: Minus sign is shown on right of the signed data

Check for the same in 7.5. What is your BPC SP?

No It's 754 SP1, upgrade to the latest...

Something like: BPC NW754 SP06

Hi Vadim, we believe the client has the right version of the installations as per the below note -

• BPC 7.54 SP01 SAP NOTE 1780660 CPMBPC754 SP01 is equivalent to CPMBPC750 SP15 for the BPC Client & BPC .NET Server installation

Besides the service pack updates, is there anything else that you think would be worthwhile investigating into?

Hi Andy, thanks for your response and this does help. At this stage we want to avoid any manual work around and try to get the standard export fixed.
