BPC 7.5. Error when accessing Manage Dynamic Hierarchies.

Hello,

I need some help with setting up Dynamic hierarchies in BPC 7.5. When I try to access it through Excel - > eSubmit -> Manage Dynamic Hierarchies I get the following error:

Support for dynamic hierarchies is not available for the current application

You can enable it by providing the Ownership-type application name in the Org_OwnershipCube application parameter.

Can someone help me understand what it means and how to fix it?

Hi Eve,

Seems like you don't have ownership Model in your application.

Hi Rahul,

In the EvDRE control panel, setting the option Dynamic Hierarchy Expansion to Y activates the dynamic hierarchies in report expansion; setting this option to N provides normal EvDRE expansion.

Hi Rahul, I think this is exactly the case. Do you know how to create the ownership model?

I added Ownership application in Admin console using the following  instructions but it didn't work:

Hi Sridar, it's not on EvDRE level...and even if I change DHE to Y or N in EvDRE it will give me this error:

Mode DynamicHierarchyExpansion NOT supported under current circumstance.

There is nothing wrong with your ownership application setup.
