BPC 11 web problem

Dear all

We recently installed BPC 11 on our BW/4HANA system. Although we followed the installation steps described in the guide for starndard and embedded but we have a problem with the webclient. When starting the BPC4WEBCLIENT it stops here in the embedded version

for the stadard it's working i'm using the following links:

For logon to standard environment: http://<server>:<port>/sap/epm/bpc/web/index.html#/classic/<environment_name>/home

For logon to embedded environment: http://<server>:<port>/sap/epm/bpc/web/index.html#/pak/<environment_name>/home

Can you try opening the link using chrome and check if you can navigate to the page.

I tried to connect from Chrome and I had the same result , do you think that it's a problem of assignement of roles ?

Hi Fatima,

You can try to get SAP_ALL access and check if you are able to logon. Also can you check if you assigned with

/POA/BUI_UM_USER

/POA/BUI_FLEX_CLIENT

when I try to add those roles here is what I have

but I can access Standard version

what do you suggest ?
