We are on BPC 11.1.
As you know there are various email templates, for example emails are sent to remind users when there are 7, 2 or 1 days left to perform an action.
I want the same sort of functionality but to send an email the day an activity is due and to send 1/2 daily reminders when a deadline to start an activity has passed.
As far as I can see customising templates (beginning Z_*) are only for changing the content / appearance of an email. I want to change the processing behind it.
I can no BPC implemented BAdI's to enable this functionality.
Has anyone any idea how this can be done?
