BPC 10.NW Failed to Run Control Set Error

Hello,

One of our users is getting "Failed to run control set" error message (no details) when selecting the Group hierarchy member. SLG1 logs don't provide any additional details. They are able to run the controls for the individual company, just not at the group level... When researching on SAP support portal I found that this error relates to security and not having the proper data access profile. So I tried recreating the users profile with a copy from another user who does not have this issue. I am able to run it with their credentials on my machine, however the user is still getting the error message when they it on their laptop. They are on windows 7 / IE 11 which is the same as me. Do you have any advice for how to troubleshoot this issue further?

Sure Vadim, no problem.

1. User runs controls for Group member on their machine which results in "Failed to run control sets" error message.

2. Same user ID runs controls for Group member on my machine which results in controls being run successfully.

By "Same user ID" - you mean that it's the user ID of the user having issues in his computer? Or recreated profile?
