BPC 10:BPF With Multiple reviewer and performer

Hi Freinds,

As per my Client requirement need to add more then one reviewer and performer,

Scenario:1

Here is my scenario were am dealing with man power planning,

Here we have a 4 department like dept1,dept2,dept3,dep4.

Each department lead will raise the man power requirement list,

and will forward the man power requirement list to the respective head of his department(HOD) for approval

once the HOD approves it should go the HR Head for final review and start the Hiring Process,

And also want the E-mail Notification for each step making CC to HR.

Hi Mohammed,

As BPC standard functionality you can have only one level approve rejection process.

In you case you have 2 level i.e. Planner - HOD - HR.

BPC does not support more than one level.

To achieve this you can introduce dummy BPC step but in case of rejection you HOD needs to reopen the steps manually.

With refers to your case -

Step 1)

     A) Each department lead will raise the man power requirement list  PLANNER

     B) HOD - Reviewer

Step 2)

     A) black step with not activity  - HOD - Reviewer

     B) HR Head for final review and start the Hiring Process,  - HR Head
