BPC 10.1 sp5 shows blank with tabs.

Hi Experts,

I completed bpc 10.1 installation n the current level is sp5, but now after opening the bpc webpage, the tabs are showing but under that there is no contents.

I tried to add EPM addin in the webpage, but when i click there opens a popup and shows blank.

i dont know what to do.

searched everywhere didn't find out.

as per the search tried to implement a note, but its not happened.

am attaching the screenshot, pls find it useful and give me a solution.

last 15 days am stuck on this issue.

Hello John,

This seems to be a compatibly issue between your BPC and SAP_UI , Would you please share your component version (saint transaction).

On the other hand, Please apply the BPC 10.1 SP 05 patch 3 to solve the issue or upgrade to BPC 10.1 SP 06.

BPC 10.1 SP05 patch 3 has been released to solve the compatibility issues with SAP_UI ( Please read the note 2171365 .

Hello John,

1. If you click on Administration or any other tab do you see options avaialble? - Example: Click on Administration and are there links that you can click on such as 'Models'.

2. Currently from your screenshot you are logging onto the EnvironmentShell environment. - With a default installation it would not be expected to see data within the 'favorites' or 'report' sections until reports/favorites have been created for that environment.

NOTE: You should be creating a copy of EnvironmentShell to perform any testing with since EnvironmentShell is the foundation for all environments and should not be modified.

3. The 'EPM Office Add-in' option will show 'install EPM Add-in' if the client is not installed. or EPM Office Add-in for Excel/Word/PowerPoint if the EPM Add-in is installed.

NOTE: The 'Install EPM Add-in' option will only work if the server is configured to have the installation media for the EPM Add-in.

Please make sure that your BPC/BW versions match with your SAP_UI version according to Note 2103585.

Hi John,

Looks like you missed (or performed incorrectly) some steps in the Installation Guide... May be it's better to reinstall?
