Hi all,

Does anyone know how I can set the package parameters in a package link after the first execution? I tried to run the packages of my package link individually and after the first run, the package parameters were saved. However when I run these packages through the package link the package parameters are not saved.

Thanks!

Regards.

For package link you have to set prompts for each step.

Hi Vadim,

Thanks for your response, I know, but is not there a way to save the parameters in package links as the individual packages? I'm currently working on the 10.1 standard version and my client tells me that in the 7.5 version from which we migrated the package link prompts were saved after the first execution.

Sorry, but I am not sure that the client is providing the correct information.

When you run individual DM package the last prompt values are saved and will be proposed for the next run. But it has no relation to package links.

For package link you have to save prompts.
