BPC 10.1 - Save Results dialog box appears blank after saving data in an input form

Hi all,

I have the following error, when I try to submit data in an input through a "Save Data" button in EPM 10.1 NW version, the "Save Results" dialog box appears blank and doesn't contain information about the number of saved, rejected, etc. records.

I have tried to upgrade MS and delete "MSForms.exd" files and after deletion, the first time I try to save data it works fine, but the rest of the time this blank window reappears, does anyone know how to fix it?

My version is EPM10 SP 16.

"My MS Office version is 2002 which belongs to MS Office 365 ProPlus." - not the latest, to my mind!

Try to upgrade to the latest MS Office and EPM and test.
