BPC 10.1 "Embedded Model" - Logon Failure. Internal Server Error. The logon attempt failed; contact your administrator

Hi All!

I have one problem with BPC 10.1 "Embedded Model" (SP5 BW 7.4 SP10).

Please find attached short dump log (from ST22) and screen with error message ("Logon Failure. Internal Server Error. The logon attempt failed; contact your administrator"). This error appears when we try to log-in via Web Client.

I think that we caused this error by adding more then one DAP (Data Access Profile) - at the moment we have four Data Aaccess Profiles. To add new three Data Access Profiles we use WebClient/Administration, and this operation was performed with no error.

Hi,

You have to activate the INA service in sicf.--> default_host-->SAP-->BW-->ina.
