BPC 10.1 NW SP 7 full screen is lost when navigating through screens

I am on BPC 10.1, NW, SP 7 - standard version.  Has anyone experienced the full screen being lost when navigating through screens from the journals view?  Loss of the full screen gives me about 2/3 of a screen.  The other 1/3 is black.   It seems to only happen when journals view is reached and then trying to navigate to other pages.   The only way to get the full screen back is to log off and log back on.  Any advice on how to fix is appreciated.

Hello Rose,

This issue can be resolved by applying BPC 10.1 SP07 patch 2 as per note 2225223 - SAP Business Planning & Consolidation 10.1 NW SP07 Patch02 Central Note .

This patch will solve the issue.

Thank you for the helpful note.  I will proceed as per the note.  The behavior of the screen is very annoying and the only way out is to log off and log on.

Hello Rose,

If you are experiencing a behavior of the screen sliding from one side to the other and stopping in the middle of the screen when opening the list of journals then this behavior should be fixed within the BPC 10.1 NW SP08 release.

- If you are unable to apply the Support Package 8 at this time then you could review the updates included within this support package to find a note for this specific scenario.
