BPC 10.1 NW Report Refresh Error : Internal Server Error 500 Connection Time out

Hi All,

While refreshing our BPC Reports we are getting below errors:

Internal Server Error

500 Connection Time out

Error in Refresh Sheet

Could you please help us

We had already checked below:

Dimension are looking good. There is not any inactive hierarchy.

Report is bringing not very huge data set.

We have BPC 10.1 NW with Latest EPMADDIN version for Excel.

Time out due to data volumn difference. Please increase ICM timeout parameter to see whether helps.

Hi Vadim,

Yes I am getting Issue with one Particular Report and that report is working fine in all other environment in DEV,QA and Staging(Staging has same data like Production).

Only in Production it is giving this error.

Then start recreating this report in production until you get an error... You need to narrow down the issue.

Do you have the issue with some particular report?

Try to create a new one...
