BPC 10.1 NW Embedded: Issue with BPC Deletion Transport Request

Dear Expert,

we are working on SAP BPC 10.1 NW Embedded and we have created and transported workbooks from DEV system to QA system.

In DEV and QA systems we want to delete some of these workbooks but we encountered an issue.

In DEV we tried to delete manually the workbooks but we encountered the following error:

We tried also to create a BPC Deletion Transport Request using following steps:

1. Start the t-code RSA1 -> "Transport Connection" tab -> "More Types" folder
2. Select the TLOGO "BPC Deletion"

When we click on "Select Objects" we aren't able to display our Embedded models and we cannot create the TR.

Could you please help me to solve this issue?

Hi Daniele

RSBPC0_TR_DELETE is a standard SAP Table which is used to store information regarding BPC request for transport deletion. You need to have an entry there to capture deletion. Once it is there, you can start deleting objects from BPC environment that you wish to delete in the target system.

Check that request once you have deleted all the objects to see if they have been captured successfully and release it.

in DEV system the table RSBPC0_TR_DELETE is empty.

How can I create an entry there?
