BPC 10.1 issue of QTD, YTD measures on a PERIODIC application

The issue came in because of our fiscal year change from Jan to December to fiscal year: Jul to Jun. The pre-delivered measures (QTD and YTD) are NOT working correctly as defined in the measure formula but the specified above are not working. Below are formulas that are not calculating correct after the fiscal year change in the TIME dimension:

Our time dimension:

We are on BPC 10.1 and BW 7.5Please advise what we could be missing. Theoretically it should work but it is not working.

On other occasions, I have done the same thing, and the only things I have changed are the hierarchy and the timeID. Have you checked that these two are correct?
