BPC 10.1 Can´t enter to EPM Add in from the admin

Hello Experts,

We got today the link to enter to BPC 10.1 and the admins looks that is working fine. Nevertheless I have a problem. When I click on the EPM Add In, It looks like it downloads a file with extension *sapaox.

Any idea what could be wrong. ???

Hi Sebastian,

You can download the EPM add in from SAP, maybe your system admin haven't upload the epm add on into SAP system for you to download. how big is that downloaded file?

Thanks for your anwer.

I think you are right and the admins hasn't download de EPM add in. I already have it installed, but how do I get the addmin to download the add in so every time I click on EPM add In excel I get redirected to the Excel add in instead to download a file.

That is the option I am clicking

Hello to all,

I Solved my issue.

Than thing is that I was running the Admin CHROME, EDGE and FIREFOX. I uninstall my EPM add In then ran it on IE (there an option in EDGE to run in IE) and it worked.
