BPC 10.1: BPF Deadline notification

Hi Gurus,

I'm working on BPC 10.1 Netweaver. I have implemented a BPF with a Deadline. I would like to change the sender of mail notification. Where can I change it?

Hi Vadim,

Its simple, when the system sends a mail referenced to the deadline, it always shows my name like a sender.

I created the BPF, but the instance was created by another user. Its possible to fix it with admin user?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Here is some information that maybe helpful. The user

who creates the BPF template does not have to be involved in the execution of the BPF activities created from the BPF template. Furthermore if the user is not assigned to a BPF instance then the user will not send or receive emails during execution of the BPF activity. But if the user is assigned either as process owner, performer or reviewer then the user's email will be used.

When you create a BPF instance from a BPF template, you have three opportunities to assign a user, or a team, to the BPF instance, A.K.A. activity. You will be asked to designate a process owner, who can finalize the activity. Then in step four you will be able to assign users as performers and reviewers. These users will then have notifications send and received.

Hi Leila,

The e-mail is sent correctly to the person who is doing the activity. But the person who recibe the email notification from deadline, see my name in the e-mail information. I'm a external consultant, so they don't know me, and put the email into spam...I want to change the information e-mail related of sender.
