Hi all,
I add some BW users to BPC environment and the pop up says "the users are added successfully " but I can not see non of them in the user list. However , I see them in the teams that I assigned while adding to environment. But it is only displayed like that, in fact the users are not available since they can not access the environment.
Note that the users have the following BW authorazations :
/POA/BUI_FLEX_CLIENT
/POA/BUI_UM_USER
/POA/CLM_USER
SAP_BPC_USER
SAP_BPC_WS_USER
I searched for some OSS notes but it is about BPC 10.1 . My patch level is CPMBPC 801 0005 SAPK-80105INCPMBPC which is equal to BPC 10.0 SP 13 ( not 100% sure)
Request clarification before answering.

Do you have CUA?If yes,just take out CUA and try to add users.

Thanks for the replies, I waited for the system to be upgraded.
There is no CUA.In addition, the system is upgraded to 801 - SP14 but still no luck.The issue is still the same.
Note that the only environment having this problem in the system is unique. There are a lot environments but the users can not be added only this environment.

Actually there should not have been any issue with the environment (what can be ? ) but it is definitely about it. We could not delete/copy the environment since it says "the users are not available" although non of them were actually added. However, we realized that the BPC roles are generated in BW system although we could not add them. We delete the roles manually and then we could copy the environment. Then we copy the environment and we were surprized since we could add the users successfully in the copied environment.

801 SP05 is very old, please upgrade...
