BP Tcode Restriction

Hi Experts,

We have a client requirement that we have to restrict the Business Partner where CRM Business partner must be viewed only by the CRM users not by anyother users. Please let me know how to go about this requirement?

Hi Mathi,

I am not sure if this question directly related to GRC Access Control application if so, I dont think you can have this option to restrict the user search based on some condition in standard delivered code base. Though I am not from basis side but it is better to do such restrictions from ECC side. In case, you need to do this from Access Control then, you need to inject custom code in standard code to apply your requirement so, good idea to consult with GRC consultant and Developer in your side.
