BP Roles for InHouse Banking

Hello Experts,
As a part of In-House Bank set up, we are trying to add the BP roles IHB100 and IHB200 to the Business Partners.

However, the SSCUI 103008 - Define BP Roles, doesn't provide a provision to add new BP Roles. Thus, could you kindly suggest any way on how these roles can be added first to the SSCUI, so that we can then add these roles to the Business Partners required for In-House Banking?

Could some scope item activation add these BP roles to the SSCUI automatically? If yes, which scope item?

It is not possible to define new Business Partner roles in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
