Dear All,
Users are experiencing recurring déconnections when they access BOFC via the web interface.
They have the following error message: "The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)"
Our systems administrator has found the following message when investigating this issue :

Can anybody help us understand the origin of the issue and how to solve it?

You can check if SAP Note 1833446 can help you, but it looks like the real issue is with your ntdll.dll file, which is a Windows system file and can malfunction for various reasons: corrupt file, driver issues or compatibility errors with older version software - you can find many possible solutions for these problems by Google.
