BOFC Excel add-in slow

Hello,

We are facing slowness using the BOFC excel add-in.

The data loadin is slow only when the excel add-in is loaded, when we unload the add-in the slowness is no longer noticeable.

We are using

- BOFC 10.1 SP3 patch2

- Office 2007.

Is there any hint to ovecome this issue?

we are currently using native FC addin retrieve.

And what is the relation of this question and tag epm add-in?

The EPM add-in can also be used for FC. It's after all, an EPM tool, not just BPC !!
