We are facing status update issues related to BNK_MONI transaction in the quality environment.
Suddenly the status of the batch file has stopped updating the status. The status that is last updated for a batch file is 'Payment medium created'. It does not change further.
PI team has confirmed that the issue is not from their end.
what could be the reason?
