BITs from Allowance

Hi Guys!

Trying to generate BITs from Allowance, I am facing the following error:

I seted de Charged Item Class at the Output tab, that is the same seted at Output tab of the Charge Plan

The Allowance is mapped at the Billable Item Mapping

What would be missing to have the BIT?

The Charge Item Class mapped in allowance "YMON", is it created using Billable Item Mapping created from a corresponding BIT Class in CI? Besides make sure BITTYPE and SUBPROCESS are also mapped

Yes, the Charged Item Class was mapped form a BIT Class in CI

BITTYPE and SUBPROCESS are mapped also.

The problem might be at Convergent Invoicing?

Hello you have to Manually Forcing the Refresh for the Rating Instances . Else, you may have to restart your instances.
