Question: for a scenario where the core-server was accidentally turned off ( un-availability ) and if we miss any BITs being transferred from CC to CI, how do we handle the situation so that we can re-create the BITs in CI for those missed provider contracts.
here is an example: there are 100 periodic charges ( BITs ) to be transferred from CC to CI at 12 AM and we observe an unexpected downtime and if the server was bought up after few hours, when the next time bulk loader runs will it include the 100 periodic charges that dint replicate to CI along with current BIT load or how to handle those missing charges.
any feedback is appreciated.

Hello,
you will find more details in the SAP Help portal about the Bulk Loading Mechanism . Be aware that you can monitor the items which have been loaded or not by using the Monitoring the Unprocessed Items in the SAP CC Cockpit .
In case of any erroneous items in the COM_EXCEPTION folder (due to SAP CI downtime), you just have to move the file in the regular folder to allow the bulkLoader to load the file content into SAP CI (once SAP CI is up and running).
In case of any erroneous items in the INVALID folder, you have to check the reason of the reject in the file. Once you have fixed the error origin, you just have to move the file in the regular folder to allow the bulkLoader to load the file content into SAP CI.
Best regards,
Eric F.
