Billing Plan creation error "Cycle-based basic date determination in item is not supported."

Dear Friends,

I am trying to create a Billing plan in SAP Convergent charging using T.code: FKKBIX_BILLPLAN.

I am getting an error "Cycle-based basic date determination in item 00000001 is not supported." Can you please suggest the solution for this.

Please check the customizing of you Billing Plan Item Type. Baseline Date should probably be set 1 or 2.
