Billable Item Class not showing while doing Billable Item Mapping

Hi eric.fremont akumari13 ,

I am creating Billable item mapping in SAP CC, but in the billable item classes i am not getting any value(Screenshot attached). The Billable item class is already activated.

Also could you please suggest me whether i can access the data in SAP CI, if my billable item mapping is present in SAP CC, Or, is there any other configurations/Web services/Interface i need to check so that my charges in SAP CC would be transferred to SAP CI and i can access my SAP CC data in SAP CI.

Could you please help me in this ?

Hello Pankaj

The links are related to SAP Convergent Invoicing documentation .

The noticed error indicates that your SAP CC is not allowed to access to SAP CI. It seems that you have to configure your SAP CI in order to be complaint with SAP CC. I cannot help you on this topic, I let you asking the question on the related TAG .

Else, you can open an incident.

All, Recently we installed SAP Convergent Charging 5.0. For some reason, the 'Consumption Item Mapping' component option is not showing up Catalog items in order to replicate the data from S/4HANA system. 'Billable Items Mapping' is showing up OK. See below

Ask your BASIS, what option they selected for SAP Convergent Charging Integration Scenario during SAP CC installation. Ideally, following option should be selected

Thanks for your suggestion.

I don't have rights to view the page you have provided. We are implementing SAP CC in a new utility and i have successfully created a flat charge in SAP CC on my own.As suggested by you, I have maintained few more configurations in SAP CI as well.

However, while creating Billable item mapping in SAP CC, i am getting following error(Screenshot attached) today.

Could you please help me establishing a communication between SAP CI and SAP CC.

Also if you could provide me any documents you have that would be very helpful.

Dear Pankaj,

did you follow the steps described in "Transferring Billable Items" documentation ?

Especially, take care to activate the interface component SAP Convergent Charging for the billable item class that you have created.
