Bill Plan Z1 Block Release

Hi Guys,

I have a monthly bill plan set up, with nearly 20 line items (I used Itca - ZL2E) . All bill plans have same billing dates. I had all of the blocked for a few month. Is it possible to remove all the bill plans blocks for all of the line items at once ?
