BFC Application server Recurring Error

Dear All,

We are receiving a windows event recurring error on BFC 10.1 Application server that are dropping ctserver.exe as information below, the event show that problem start in Faulting module CtPropPageUI.dll_unloaded:

Hello,

This error looks like a generic message. It could be good to have more context on how you see the impact of the error : user error messages, connection issues, ...
The best would also be to upgrade the platform to a more recent SP, to confirm if it fixes the issue.
