Best way to make organization structure (New BPC implementation)

Dear SAP Experts

Objective: To make consolidation for all the members, and we need the ability to see each subsidiary financially by specific business lines or reign.

We have a group with five subsidiaries. Three of them are using SAP, Two of them are using SAP S4HANA, and the last is using a third-party system.

We will implement BPC to consolidate all of the group members, so will it allow us to achieve the objective and how?

I am thinking of making five company codes and business areas for each company code and create profit centers to have reign information.

Please advise.

To my mind BPC11 standard will be a good solution.
