P.S. Another option is to plan item details in Excel files only and to store only total result in BPC!
Then later you can refresh Excel file with total actual and compare total actual against total planned 🙂

Theoretically you can try to use Master data on the fly - adding members in the input form with required description (using DM package with Master Data on the Fly badi).
But even in this case the problem of matching planned id with actual Id is still present!

Yes, it's possible to use list of some artificial ID's (Detail1, Detail2...) and comments. The issue is how to compare forecast and actual result - no easy way.
