Belgium incompletion error Procedure is not maintained

Hello GTS Experts,

I have created a Exports Customs Declaration from Belgium. The document has an incompletion log with the error description as "Item 10: Procedure is not maintained". Can someone please help me to understand the error.

Hi Dave,

Thank you for your answer. Indeed when I double click on the incompletion log, I am directed to the "Procedure" (Confirmation of Presentation to Customs) at the item level "General Data" tab and the "Details" section. When I press F4, I do not see any option for CUSBE. I check the node SPRO --> Global Trade Services --> Customs Management --> Customs Code List --> Assign Customs Code Lists Procedure to Legal Regulations node in GTS and I can see Procedure CUPRO maintained for CUSBE. I guess there is some other config as well that is missing.

Hi Subhojit,

Almost certainly it will be the Customs Procedure Code that is missing (field CUPRO, on the "Placement" tab). Double-clicking the line in the log might take you directly to the field.
