BCS Migration from Former budgeting

Want to know the difference between 'Migrate Totals' and 'Migrate budget documents', as Im trying to migrate budget documents from Former budgeting to BCS. While all the config is in place but somehow when I run the migration, it throws an error that 'Budget amount is not sufficient for release', this is for documents with value type R1 (Release) while documents with value type B1 (Budget) show green signal. Kindly advise?

Are you running it in Test mode?

Executed in update mode and budget documents were updated, but now when I try to run again for documents with value type R1, its showing error that 'BUdget amount is not sufficient for realease.

First B1 documents have to be created in order to allow creation of R1.
