We are trying to run the Import Declaration prior to GR in batch but it fails with the error message "Cannot determine PPF action profile for document type". Any help on this would be gratefully received. We have entered an Activity Sequence.
Kind Regards
Alex

Hi Dave
Thanks so much for helping me with this. We found the issue. We had two records in the activity sequence table (/SAPSLL/TLEPAF) for USABI and it then picked up the first process template it could find (which for us is the wrong legal reg).We therefore created a new Z activity and now everything works - Thanks again!

Hi Alex,
It works ok when I try the same in our system.
The error message is related to Output processing, and I'm not sure why the system would be trying to do that during document creation. Do you have any Outputs that are set to be issued immediately, when the Declaration is created?

Dave

Hi Dave we are running 11.0 and activity seq is USABI. Also if you run in test mod the background job completes normally its only when you uncheck that does it fail

Hi Alex,
Ok. Which GTS version are we talking about? And which Activity Sequence (and which Legal Regulation) are you using?
Thanks,
Dave

Hi Dave
Yes it works fine if you create it in the foreground.
Kind regards
Alex

Hi Alex,
If you try to create an Import Declaration manually from the work-list, is it ok, or do you get the same error?

Dave
