Bank communication management missing customer ID at fields in the xml files

Hi Expert,

Pls help.

I have 2 payment medium creation. First xml files contained the <ID>ABC74614001<ID> but however the second xml file did not display <ID>ABC74614001<ID>. Both of the xml files should display <ID>ABC74614001<ID> as they are using same payment medium format.

Can you pls kindly advice why the <ID> is missing in the 2nd xml file?

I've checked in DMEE and there are no hardcode of <ID>ABC74614001<ID>. It is customer ID for house bank. Refer screen shot below.

In the structure, there is a fields for customer id at house bank. However, FBZP do not have customer id.

Pls advice how to populate the customer id <ID>ABC74614001<ID> at the xml.
