Automation of Exchange Rate Feed-in GTS

Hi Friends,

We are manually update exchange rate from a data provider( as xml or cvv file) in GTS customs master data .

Is there any way / Program / method by which we can automatically get the rates from this site updated in GTS ( like TBD4 in ERP) ?
