Auto provisioning error

Hi Experts

In NWBC, user created request for role assignment in SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST

Manager, roleowner and security team approved the request and roles are provisioned to the users, but even after that we are getting below error.

"Error in End of Path, Escape for 'Auto Provisioning Failure' not Enabled, Ending Path 'GRAC_DEFAULT_PATH'"

Could you please help to solve the issue?

This error is only triggered when Business roles are requested.With single and composite roles,we are not getting this error.
