Authorization Number does not exist in Discharge Transit Document

Hi All,

In discharge transit document system not getting Authorization number, but I have configure authorization type and have maintained transit authorization master data also still it is not picking valid authorization number.

Kindly suggest me anything is missing from my end to determine transit authorization number.

.above discharge document created automatically from feeder system but Authorization details not appearing in document tab.

Authorization type ZE is created and also active in status.

Please suggest me anything I have missed to get result.

Hi Arun,

I see from your screen-shot that the Authorization was only activated on 05 November. Was the Transit document created before or after that time? If before, then it might be that the Authorization was not active on the relevant date.

Hi Arun,

In the Activity Sequence, have you marked it as a "Simplified Procedure"? That setting defines whether or not the 'ZE' Authorization is needed for the Transit.

You are right I have missed simplified procedure activation at activity sequence level, after activation it is working correctly.
