Authorization missing for owner maintenance

Hi,

Trying to assign Fire Fighter approver for FFId's. Showing this error in Owner Assignment Tab ' Authorization missing for owner maintenance'.

First the correct role is SAP_GRAC_SUPER_USER_MGMT_OWNER not

SAP_GRAC_SUPR_USER_MGMT_OWNER

Second can you add the following auth objects in the owner role and try

GRAC_ACTN

GRAC_EMPLY

GRAC_FFOWN

S_START

Hi Ramesh,

These values are maintained in CA_POWL authorization GRAC_FFOBJECT, GRAC_OWNER, GRAC_FIREFIGHTER as Application ID type and Remaining all are maintain ' * ' in SAP_GRAC_SUPR_USER_MGMT_OWNER.

I strongly suspect its an authorization issue, try running the trace on your userID in production.Check what values you maintained for CA_POWL?

Thanks for ur information. All authorizations are maintained properly in PRD system but showing the same. Now I am trying in dev system for testing purpose when I assign owner to FFID showing this error 'no records found for the search criteria entered. But some owners are maintained in owners list. For me only showing that error when I am assigning owner to ffid.

Hi Swetha

Can you please check if role SAP_GRAC_SUPER_USER_MGMT_OWNER is assigned to user and if authorization Objects GRAC_FFOWN & GRAC_OWNER have been assigned to the owner as these are required for Firefighter maintenance.
