Authorization failure: user 'xxx' does not have rights for the 'GetConnectionAllWS'

Hello,

I get this message error when i connect to FIM with an user who who must have just access to consultation. "Authorization failure: user 'xxx' does not have rights for the 'GetConnectionAllWS'" (screen shot below)

The user must have just access to consultation.

I added the user to the group "FIMAUDIT" , and the name of group is well configured in FIM administration Console.

This user no longer has access to any subsidiary company.(see screen shot)fim1.pngfim2.pngfim3.png

Both these KBAs indicate there is a configuration error

1781589 - Error : Authorization failure: user 'xxx' does not have rights for the 'GetConnectionAllWS' action - FIM

2097087 - Error: Authorization failure: user 'XXX' does not have rights for the 'getConnectionAIWS' action - FIM

Can you check the user "MCOB" (as your screenshot shows the group, not the user)

The user should be part of a valid FIM group
