hi BPC Gurus
To view the Audit reports, user would need to login to the BPC Web and select Audit > and choose the relevant Audit reports under BPF / Security / General.
Is there a way to view Audit Reports via EPM Excel? Where user can make selection on which report to view? Reason being users find Excel reports easier to run than in Web.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Edmund,
I am just curious, what version of the Office client are you using? EPM add-in v10? Analysis for Office?
What audit reports should be accessible from Excel in your opinion? Aren't audit reports targeting administrators rather than business users (who are usually using Excel) ?
Thank you and best regards,
Sophie

Hi Edmund...
From EPM Add-In Excel it is not possible....But you can give the link of Audit reports through BPF! Create BPF for Audit reports or you can add the link in your current BPF used by the user! Hope they are accessing the reports through BPF....

JP

Hi Edmund,
just to complete the picture if the question is also related to BPC Embedded: there the answer is yes and details can be found here:
Audit - Analytic Manager - SAP Library
The documentation describes AO but the report is based on a query so it works also in EPM.

Gregor
