Hello all,
When we use a custom BRF+ rule, the ID is a long number, e.g. 0050569A2B291ED88884329FA5A520DE. That's a pain in the MSMP configuration, but that's ok, because only our technical team configures MSMP.
However, that same id appears in the Request Audit Log, which end-users have access to and therefore, it hasn't been received well.
Hence my question: is there a way to improve the display of lines like the image below?
"Detour condition 0050569A2B291ED88884329FA5A520DE with value NO_CRITICAL_RISKS is satisfied at path ZCHANGE_ACCESS and stage GRAC_MANAGER"
Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi Rodrigo,
Another option is to use the code template function in BRF+ as per the following blog:
https://blogs.sap.com/2015/10/18/brfplus-basics-how-to-call-a-function/
Do note that if there are some logic errors in your BRF+, the code may compile every time you run it or enter in loop. In such cases, SAP support will be able to help, just open the ticket to BRF group, instead of GRC.
Cheers.

Hi Rodrigo,
Short description of brfplus rule can be duplicated with other rule id's short description at present design whereas rule id is always unique hence GRC uses the ruleid as a references in their audit log rather the descriptions.
Option 1 - I would suggest you to reach to brfplus experts forum to check if any special configurations available in BRFPLUS side to shorten/configure simple the ruleid
