Assignment of user permissions in payment lot functionallity

Hi everyone,

Is there any standard process to set the following requirements for payment lot in FICA:

- In case payment lot is open, set parameter where can only be cancelled by owner who has it?

- If it is closed, only cancelled by Manager/Process Owner.

In case there is no standard option.. do you have any idea if can be customized?

Both your requirements can be achieved by customising event 240.
