Assign system approver in GRC AC 10.1

Where do you assign the system approver in GRC AC 10.1? We trying to create a delete user request I added the systems I want the user deleted from but there is no approver assigned to the system so the workflow fails.

Hi Beverly,

You have to define in your initiator rule on how the System Lineitems will be handled by your workflows and based on that you have to define Agent rule for your system Lineitems.

Generally for System actions you can define initiator rule to route to a workflow path with Manager as Approver. If you want each system lineitem locking/creation/deletion to be approved by different approvers then you can define your initiator and agent rules accordingly.
