Asset transfer from (buliding asset to land asset)

Hi all 

I wanna to ask you when i did transfer asset within company code from asset class (building) to asset class (land) there is accum. Dep. has been transfered as well. Logically the receiver asset which the (land) asset class shall not dep. so how I adjust this accumulation dep posted on land asset in addition in future what the proper asset transfer in same this case when transfer from class dep. to another class not dep.

Hi, can you remove all the tags except FIN Asset Accounting. None of the others are relevant.
