Asking for a solution for ENC license exception in GTS

Hi guru,

What is the best practise for ENC license exception in GTS? We got materials classified as 5A002, and the license exception type is ENC with sub-license exception b(1) or b(2). Our client is asking us to leverage license exception information for license auto-determination. For example, item classified as 5A002 with exception ENC b(1) for civilian users, license should be assigned automatically but NOT for exception ENC b(2). Do any gurus have solution for this?

Currently, we have a method for this requirement.

- to leverage peculiarity code or control grouping to store license exceptions. With these, license could be auto-determined by checking these fields. But i am not sure if these two fields are for others specific purposes.

Do anyone have ideas on this?
