AS_IS error multiplies EUR data by the number of G groups

We are working with SAP BPC embedded 10.1 with S/4HANA for a consolidation and we have some issues with the Currency Translation Business Rule. I have tried several options to work with but doesn't seem to work properly. I explain:

When using AS_IS in the Business Rule Currency Translation, the source EUR, NON_GROUP gets multiplied by 11, instead of keeping the AS_IS as it is. The data is Periodic and the group currency is EUR.

(1) Carry Forward transports

F99 (Closing Flow), LC/EUR, NON_GROUP, previous-month

to

F00 (Opening Flow), LC/EUR, NON_GROUP, actual-month.

* I have tried without LC, what empties the EUR values. Also tried to bring all groups translated, what it doesn't make a difference.

(2) I apply this Business Rules

S_CONV_OP (F00) is historical data so we have to keep the changes.

S_CONV_AV doesn't apply to F00 or F99.

* I have tried with and without the Periodic calculation, and it's not different.

(3) This example it's what I need.

This is what I get.

We have this Group dimension.

Does anyone have an idea of what is going on?
