ARQ - Reject Option Un found

Dear Friends,

Role assignment approvals are unable to find Reject option to Reject a specific role in an ARQ for a non - production role assignment.

However, they are able to view Reject and Approve option for a specific role in an ARQ relevant to production role assignment.

please share your views on how Reject option can be enabled.

Rajashekar,

Check stage level task setting for role owner stage- Rejection Level should be Role or Role& System not Request.
